3. Installation and Usage

  • Once a part has been installed, fitted, or used, it becomes non-returnable and non-refundable.
  • Customers are advised to confirm compatibility and specifications before installation.
  • ForkliftParts.pk is not responsible for any damages, losses, or malfunctions resulting from incorrect installation or misuse.

4. Return and Refund Policy

  • Returns are only accepted if the part is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • Customers must inform us about a return request within 24 hours of receiving the item.
  • After receiving your request, ForkliftParts.pk will review and approve eligible returns.
  • Once approved, refunds will be processed within 24 to 48 hours.
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
  • ForkliftParts.pk reserves the right to reject any return that does not comply with the stated conditions.

5. Damaged or Broken Parts

  • Any part that is damaged or broken after delivery will not be eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
  • Customers must inspect the package upon delivery and immediately notify us if any issue is found.

6. Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled before dispatch by contacting our customer service team.
  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
  • ForkliftParts.pk reserves the right to cancel any order due to product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.

7. Pricing and Payments

  • All prices listed on ForkliftParts.pk are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are subject to change without notice.
