1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging.
  • The product must be in the same condition as when received.
  • Customers must inform us of a return request within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Proof of purchase (invoice or order number) must be provided.

Any item that fails to meet the above conditions will not be accepted for return or refund.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain products cannot be returned or refunded, including:

  • Items that have been installed, fitted, or used.
  • Parts that have been damaged, broken, or altered after delivery.
  • Products purchased under special discounts or clearance sales.
  • Electrical or electronic parts, once opened or installed.

3. Return Process

If your return meets the eligibility criteria, please follow these steps:

  5. After the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you about the status of your refund.

4. Refund Process

  • Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 24–48 hours.
  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible.
  • Please note that shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
  • If you paid Cash on Delivery (COD), we may issue your refund via bank transfer or store credit.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please notify us immediately within 24 hours of delivery.
Provide clear photos or videos showing the issue so that we can verify and process your replacement or refund quickly.

Returns for damaged items will not be accepted if reported after 24 hours of delivery.

6. Cancellations

  • Orders can only be canceled before dispatch.
  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled or modified.
  • ForkliftParts.pk reserves the right to cancel any order due to product unavailability, incorrect pricing, or suspected fraud.

7. Exceptions and Discretion

ForkliftParts.pk reserves the right to:

  • Reject any return or refund request that does not meet our policy conditions.
  • Inspect and verify returned items before issuing a refund.
