What products do you sell?

We supply high-quality forklift parts and accessories for all major brands and models, including engine parts, filters, hydraulics, brake components, and more.

All products sold on ForkliftParts.pk are brand-new, genuine, and verified before dispatch.
We do not deal in used or refurbished parts.

No. Once a part has been installed, fitted, or used, it becomes non-returnable and non-refundable. Please make sure to confirm compatibility before installation.

Returns are only accepted if the product is:

  • Unused
  • In its original packaging
  • In the same condition as received

You must inform us of any return request within 24 hours of delivery.

How long does it take to get a refund?

Refunds are processed within 24–48 hours after your return has been received and approved by our team. Refunds are issued through the original payment method or bank transfer (for COD orders).

If your order arrives damaged, broken, or incorrect:

  • Notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Provide clear photos or videos for verification.
    After confirmation, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

Warranty coverage depends on the manufacturer and product type.
