Are your parts new or used?
All products sold on ForkliftParts.pk are brand-new, genuine, and verified before dispatch.
We do not deal in used or refurbished parts.
How can I place an order?

- Proceeding to checkout and entering your shipping details.
- Choosing your preferred payment method and confirming your order.
Do you offer delivery across Pakistan?

We deliver to all major cities and regions across Pakistan, including Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, and more.
What are your delivery times?
Delivery times may vary depending on your location:
- Within major cities: 1–3 business days
- Other areas: 3–5 business days
You will receive a tracking update once your order is dispatched.
Can I return a product after installation?

Returns are only accepted if the product is:
- Unused
- In its original packaging
- In the same condition as received

How long does it take to get a refund?
Refunds are processed within 24–48 hours after your return has been received and approved by our team. Refunds are issued through the original payment method or bank transfer (for COD orders).
What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
If your order arrives damaged, broken, or incorrect:
- Notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
- Provide clear photos or videos for verification.
After confirmation, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
